New Delhi. SpiceJet has prevented large numbers of employees to pay up to 50 percent of their wages in April due to the second wave of the Corona virus epidemic that affected business. However, junior employees like drivers have been paid full salaries in April, he said.

The aviation sector has also been affected by the second wave of the Kovid-19 transition, as the number of air travelers has decreased significantly. A SpiceJet spokesperson said that there would be no reduction in the salary of any employee.

The airline is making sure that low-paid employees have no problem with the salary being deferred and they will be given full pay. He said that the CMD has decided to forgo his entire salary. This is only a temporary measure and the salary withheld by the company will be paid after the situation becomes completely normal.

Government will give incentive to health workers in Jharkhand

In view of the significant contribution in the Kovid transition period, the Government of Jharkhand has decided to give an amount equal to the basic salary / honorarium of April, 2020 as incentive to all its regular and contractual health workers. This information has been given in the notification issued by the Jharkhand government on Saturday evening.

Chief Minister Hemant Soren has approved the decision to give equal amount of his basic salary / honorarium to all health workers of the state as incentive money. According to the decision of the state government, this incentive amount will be given to the health department’s physicians, health workers, contract workers of the health department and personnel of the National Health Mission working in the entire state after spending about Rs. 103 crores. The incentive amount will be equal to the basic salary or honorarium for the month of April of the year 2020. It has been clarified that only health workers serving during the Corona transition period will be given this incentive.
